Prevention Guidance
Pregnancy and birth can be a joyous but confusing time. Many women are not made aware that they may be at an increased risk for a severe obstetric laceration. We hope to provide you with information to evaluate your risk and what you can do to help prevent a severe laceration. The SOLACE Foundation aims to help women have positive birth experiences so that women and their families can truly enjoy time with their newborns and improve long-term health outcomes.
